Registration of shares in Boozt in EuroClear Sweden or VP Securities

Following the cross listing of Boozt, the Boozt shares may be traded on Nasdaq Stockholm or Nasdaq Copenhagen. Shares in Boozt held through the Euroclear Sweden system are traded on Nasdaq Stockholm whereas shares in Boozt held through VP securities’ system are traded on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Shareholders may request their account holding bank to transfer their shares in Boozt from the Euroclear Sweden system to VP Securities’ system (or visa versa). In order to transfer shares in Boozt from the Euroclear Sweden system to VP Securities’ system (or visa versa), a shareholder should contact the bank through which his/her Boozt shares are held (the “account holding bank”). The account holding bank will then fill in a transfer form and submit it to VP Securities and at the same time deliver the shares to VP Securities. Once the instruction and the shares have been correctly submitted to VP, the Boozt shares will be transferred to the investor’s Euroclear Sweden- or VP Securities-account, as relevant, and the shareholder should then be able to trade the shares in Boozt on the selected trading venue.

Transfer of shares in Boozt between the Euroclear Sweden system and VP Securities’ system cannot be carried out on Danish national holidays, and can only be carried out in Sweden on Swedish banking days. Transfers may further be restricted on certain days in connection with general meetings and dividend payments.

The transfer form must be submitted to VP Securities through the shareholder’s account holding bank.

Fees

VP Securities charges a fixed handling fee of DKK 1,000 (ex VAT) upon submission of the registration form. The fee to VP Securities will be charged through the shareholder’s account holding bank. In addition, the shareholder’s account holding bank may charge a handling fee for this service. Shareholders are encouraged to enquire about such fees directly with their account holding bank
