Boozt Group has introduced the Data Protection Policy which applies comprehensively across all operations to guarantee harmonious application of the Policy’s principles across the whole Group. The Policy has put forward internal Data Protection Accountability Framework, a comprehensive guideline that outlines the Group's key priorities when handling data. Privacy is embedded in the Group-Wide Risk Management. This guides us in proactively identifying and managing privacy risks across the entire data lifecycle.

The appointment of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) function within the Group not only brings crucial expertise to our data protection operations but also signifies our commitment to challenging the status quo, leading change, and nurturing curiosity. A direct communication channel with the DPO is established for both data subjects and authorities as a clear and accessible mechanism to raise concerns about data privacy, emphasizing our dedication to building trust through open dialogue. The DPO reports to the Group Management on an annual basis.
