Boozt provides comprehensive product information across its webshops for its customers, including detailed descriptions, size charts, and high-quality images to help customers make informed decisions when shopping at Boozt and ensure products are cared for and used safely.

In our efforts to empower customers to make informed choices, we collect information on a product level to substantiate green claims. Boozt's Made With Care shop - a curated page on Boozt.com offers customers products meeting our Made With Care criteria. For these products, brands have shared data on material certifications and social audits.
The shop is part of Boozt's response to greenwashing risks and proactively collects extensive product information in preparation for upcoming regulations.

The Made With Care shop on Boozt.com was launched in 2021. Throughout our Made With Care landing page, Boozt is aiming to provide as much information about products and responsible production practices as possible.
The Boozt Sustainability Criteria refer to a methodology set internally to define whether a product is fit for our Made With Care category. The methodology differs based on the product category. To ensure a reliable, transparent and traceable assortment, Boozt relies intensely on globally recognised certifications, both environmental and social, as well as extensive data collection. To uphold the highest industry standards, a review, update and strengthening of Updates to the Boozt’s Sustainability Criteria are made yearly, based on stakeholder feedback, new regulations and other macro-level changes.

As a third-party retailer working with a curated selection of around 1,600 brands with a global supply chain, Boozt is committed to sharing knowledge and pushing for a higher degree of supply chain transparency, core to Boozt´s Care-For strategy.
ESG Supplier Scorecard
Boozt is ensuring compliance with the Boozt Supplier Code of Cooperation via the yearly ESG Supplier Scorecard. From 2022, Boozt starts systematically assessing suppliers in terms of their ESG performance through the distribution of a supplier survey.
In 2024, we launched the ESG Supplier Scorecard, a yearly self-assessment tool developed in-house, leveraging industry standards and frameworks, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains in the Garment & Footwear Sector, S&P Global.

Becoming a signatory of the UN Global Compact in 2018 includes us taking action to deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and as well as ways to integrate the Ten Principles to establish a more sustainable business.

The UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative by the United Nations to encourage businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies and practices. It's a principles-based framework focused on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
Companies joining the UN Global Compact commit to aligning their strategies and operations with these ten universal principles and taking actions that advance societal goals, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Boozt joined with leading fashion and beauty retailer FASHION LEAP FOR CLIMATE. This partnership supports fashion brands to learn how to measure their own carbon footprints and set targets in line with climate science. Scaling the initiative to additional members marks an important milestone in fostering a supportive environment to address the industry’s urgent need for climate action.

Boozt recognises the value of collaboration with peers and in 2024 has joined a working group with other European third-party retailers, led by The Industry We Want (TIWW).
The main objective of this working group is to align the industry on the role and responsibilities of third-party retailers in the implementation of human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD). -
The Industry We Want (TIWW) is a multi-stakeholder initiative launched to drive industry-wide progress across the garment and footwear sector.
As a multi-stakeholder initiative, TIWW aims to build a safe space in the industry for challenging yet constructive exchanges to accelerate action and make progress towards a common vision that addresses root causes and catalyses system changes across the value chain.
