Boozt earns top MSCI AAA ESG Rating for the third year in a row
Malmö, Sweden 2025-07-04: Boozt has once again received the highest AAA rating in the 2025 MSCI ESG Ratings assessment – placing the company among the top performers in the sector globally.
This marks the third consecutive year we’ve achieved the AAA rating, reaffirming Boozt’ strong focus on reporting ESG performance and the collective effort to integrate responsible business practices into our operations.

Why Boozt was rated AAA
The MSCI ESG Ratings assessment evaluates how well companies manage financially relevant environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities compared to their industry peers.
Boozt was recognised for leading global peers in business ethics and cybersecurity practices. Our Board-level oversight of ethics, strong governance structures – including an independent Chair and majority-independent board – and robust data protection and training programs all contributed positively to our rating.
Highlights from the MSCI report include:
Privacy & Data Security: Boozt’s practices in data privacy and cybersecurity were described as strong and well above industry norms, due to stringent local regulations, driven by regular internal audits and comprehensive training programs that extend to contractors.
Product Carbon Footprint: Boozt’s environmental management stood out for its proactive measurement of upstream Scope 3 emissions, enabling strategic carbon reduction planning aligned with science-based targets.
Corporate Behaviour: The company was credited with detailed and transparent policies on business ethics and anti-corruption, reflecting a high standard of conduct.
Governance: Boozt’s governance framework was viewed as exemplary among retail peers, with structures that support accountability and reflect global best practices in protecting shareholder interests.
