Boozt New Main Sponsor of The Handball Federation of Iceland

The Handball Federation of Iceland (HSÍ) has signed a sponsorship deal with online retailer Boozt. The agreement will see Boozt's logo displayed on the jerseys of all Icelandic national handball teams, starting with the Men's World Cup in Sweden and Poland.

Guðmundur B. Ólafsson, chairman of HSÍ, said in a statement: "The strong support of Icelandic companies is, and always has been, indispensable to HSÍ. However, this new agreement with the international company Boozt begins a new chapter in HSÍ's history. It is a testament to the success of Icelandic handball that the largest online store in the Nordics chooses to place its well-known brand on the competition jerseys of each of the Icelandic national handball teams. Our goal with the collaboration is to deepen the connection between HSÍ and Boozt and to continue the advancement of handball in Iceland. HSÍ is grateful for this agreement and we look forward to our partnership with Boozt."

“Being from Iceland I’m proud of Boozt now becoming the main sponsor for the Icelandic Handball Association. This partnership reflects our commitment to engage with the local community and help support sports events that bring people together. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the talented Icelandic national teams and confident that our partnership will be mutually beneficial,” says Hermann Haraldsson, CEO of Boozt.com
