Boozt conducts Employee Engagement Surveys 8 times annually using an anonymous third-party tool, encouraging employees to provide their input and feedback. This enables us to track our progress and monitor employee well-being.

Customers are key to Boozt’s operations, and as an online retailer, the information provided on-site relies on Boozt’s actions.
Boozt provides comprehensive product information across its webshops for its customers, including detailed descriptions, size charts, and high-quality images to help customers make informed decisions when shopping at Boozt and ensure products are cared for and used safely.
Made with Care shop
In our efforts to empower customers to make informed choices, we collect information on a product level to substantiate green claims. Boozt's Made With Care shop - a curated page on Boozt.com offers customers products meeting our Made With Care criteria. For these products, brands have shared data on material certifications and social audits.
The shop is part of Boozt's response to greenwashing risks and proactively collects extensive product information in preparation for upcoming regulations.

Our strategy prioritises robust security measures and transparency to mitigate the significant financial and reputational risks of data breaches, such as those stemming from cyberattacks, while also seizing opportunities to enhance customer confidence and loyalty.

Our goal is to provide a great shopping experience for all customers. We’re actively enhancing the accessibility and usability of our website and mobile apps to deliver meaningful, inclusive digital experiences that cater to all users.
We strive to ensure our services are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
To ensure and maintain the long-term accessibility of our services, we integrate these considerations into our design, development, and testing stages.
Made With caRe Criteria
The Made With Care shop on Boozt.com was launched in 2021. Throughout our Made With Care landing page, Boozt is aiming to provide as much information about products and responsible production practices as possible.
The Boozt Made With Care Criteria refer to a methodology set internally to define whether a product is fit for our Made With Care category. The methodology differs based on the product category. To ensure a reliable, transparent and traceable assortment, Boozt relies intensely on globally recognised certifications, both environmental and social, as well as extensive data collection.
To uphold the highest industry standards, a review, update and strengthening of Updates to the Boozt’s Sustainability Criteria are made yearly, based on stakeholder feedback, new regulations and other macro-level changes.
our supplier relationships
As a third-party retailer working with a curated selection of around 1,600 brands with a global supply chain, Boozt is committed to sharing knowledge and pushing for a higher degree of supply chain transparency, core to Boozt´s Care-For strategy.
ESG Supplier Scorecard
Boozt is ensuring compliance with the Boozt Supplier Code of Cooperation via the yearly ESG Supplier Scorecard. From 2022, Boozt started systematically assessing suppliers in terms of their ESG performance through the distribution of a supplier survey.
In 2024, we launched the ESG Supplier Scorecard, a yearly self-assessment tool developed in-house, leveraging industry standards and frameworks, including the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains in the Garment & Footwear Sector, and S&P Global.
